Internet Banking

Step One:

Step Three:
Fill in all the applicable information about how much you wish to transfer as well as where the money must be sent to. Under the “My Reference” type in what the funds need to clear under when they reach the recipient account.

Step Four:
Log into your internet banking and transfer your funds into the relevant 1 st Contact bank account.

Step Five:
Ensure that the reference you use for your internet banking payment matches the name of the person whose profile the transfer is to be processed under.   (e.g. if Joe Soap uploads a transfer under his own profile to send pounds to Australia, but transfers money from a joint account or partner’s account, the reference for the transfer must be his name, “Joe Soap”).  If your name is not used as the reference, this may delay your transfer.

Step Six:
Check your email for the confirmation email to confirm that the payment was successful.   Internet bank transfers may take up to 3 working days to clear into our account, and we will only be able to process your money transfer once we have cleared funds.

Step Seven:
You will receive an email confirmation once the funds clear into our account, after which we will immediately transfer it to the account you specified.

Please note:

  • By uploading an internet banking transfer on our website, you are only informing us of how much you wish to send, as well as where you wish the funds to be transferred to.
  • We do not have the authority to debit your account and you will still need to log onto your internet bank and transfer the amount you wish to send to our account.
  • Please note that we have a number of different bank accounts, depending on the final destination of your money transfer. Make sure that you transfer your money into the correct account to prevent further delays in your transfer.
